operation sequence
1.Visual inspection to check part sharp edges ,cracks and burrs.
2.Using GO NOGO pin to check the size of hole
3.Open all the clamp1,load the part on the body
4.Adjusting the part keep it well contact nets and lacat it with B .
5.Close clamp1.
6.Use the check pin of P1 to check the hole.
7.Use the FEELER A(GOSØ2.3/NOGOSØ3.7)and FEELER B(GOSØ2.0/NOGOSØ4.0) to check surface of the part.
8.Use FLUSH A(±1) to test the material edge of the product.
9.Close rotating mechanismes.
10.checking part trimming with +/1 scribe line
11.Recording results on the inspection sheet
12.Open all the clamp1 take the part out of the gauge.
