Product Description

1.Bodylines will be shown in design every 200 mm on base and labeled. The bodylines
will be scribed on the fixture base every 200mm for two coordinate directions. For
vertical bases, body lines to be scribed on the vertical surface. Large body side
fixtures labeling every other bodyline will be acceptable when stamping on fixture.
Body lines are not required if the part is 45 degrees out of body position.

2.Fixture statistical process controls bushings are to be identified in the design and on
the check fixture, with their correct identification name labels from the MATH GD&T.

3.The fixture design will show the part in a color other than black. The part will be
shown using solid lines. If the fixture is to be used as an assembly, the design shall
show all detail parts using different colors.

4. If there are style change areas (unique modules) on the tools, they shall be identified
with the part number or tool number and clearly called out in design using phantom
lines with a different color other than the color of the part.
